Duo Security expands into new European data centres ahead of new EU data regulations

Duo Security is also adding French and German language support to its Trusted Access solution for the complete end user experience, including Duo Mobile, authentication, and enrolment.

‘The recent regulatory changes around data protection highlight the security benefits of storing and processing customer data locally,’ said Henry Seddon, VP EMEA for Duo Security. ‘The new public cloud data centres mean we can better respond to the needs of our customers, particularly in the government, financial and insurance industries where data visibility is necessary for compliance reasons.’

The new public cloud data centres are operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are being utilised to serve Duo’s European customers.
